I'm New - What Should I expect?
We understand coming to a new place can be difficult, and we want you to feel at home.

When to Arrive?

Sunday 9:45 am.  Arriving 15 minutes early should give you plenty of time to park, and get acquainted with the church before the service starts.

Please feel free to come around 9:30 am if you would like to enjoy some coffee and refreshments before the service.

Where to Park?

Parking lot.  The church has a private parking area behind the church. Overflow parking is also available.

Where to Go?

The main entrance is located at the rear of the property, and is accessible from the parking lot.

What shall I Wear?

The atmosphere at Elim has a balance of both freedom and reverence for the presence of God.  Most people dress casually.  We want people to come in the manner they feel most comfortable, to be themselves before God.

We believe that it’s more important that we are clothed in a heart that loves Him and other people!

What About Kids?

Children's Ministry.  Children are welcome to be with their parents during the worship part of the service.  After worship, we have a special program for those children "potty trained" through elementary.

The Worship Service?

10.00 am. Worship begins at 10:00 am and usually lasts between 90 minutes.

Our praise and worship time is blended with both contemporary and traditional songs.  Some people may lift their hands in adoration and submission to God as the words that are sung touch their hearts.  Our worship time allows people to express their love for God, with all of their hearts.

We believe in a balanced, biblical approach to the presence of God in our services.  It is not unusual for the Holy Spirit to move in our services and for people to say they experienced His presence.  The Bible also tells us that the gospel is the power of God for salvation for everyone who believes.  We have also been privileged to see God heal many people of various sicknesses and diseases, of which some have had for many years.
